Boland Woodworking is widely known in the region for exceptional cabinetmaking, furniture building and antique restoration. Our 10,000 square foot shop has the capacity to build small custom furniture pieces to an entire residential millwork package. We have well over 3,000 custom crafted pieces throughout the Delaware Valley, New York, Maryland, and points north and south.

Over the past 30 years, Boland Woodworking has continually worked in the two demanding disciplines of woodworking: Traditional and Modern. This is what makes us unique. We are comfortable hand mortising butt hinges into beaded face frame construction as well as sequencing veneered flat panel, flush doors, employing European construction.

Our roster of dedicated clients reflects this. In either discipline, our work is built upon the concept of integrity. Our cabinetmaking employs the use of furniture joinery for a stronger, more substantial product. As an example, we mortise and tenon our face frames. Our furniture is constructed with thoughtful “play,” honoring hundreds of years of joinery, blending that with modern techniques. We do what works best.
